What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across the stack: C#/.NET and SQL Server on the back end, React and TypeScript on the front end.
- Lead technical design for significant features and third-party integrations, evaluating trade-offs and writing design docs.
- Own what you ship: testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience on production SaaS applications.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid grounding in API design (REST or GraphQL) and relational data modeling.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tooling.
