Senior Analyst, Teacher Effectiveness

The Senior Analyst on the Teacher Effectiveness team will lead strategic data initiatives, shaping how educators are supported and elevated. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional data strategy and designing scalable analytics frameworks. The role involves ownership of the integration strategy for educator effectiveness systems, including vendor evaluation and API architecture. Predictive models will be developed, and machine-learning techniques applied to personalize instructional support and improve educator impact. This role requires building intuitive dashboards, contributing to enterprise-wide data governance, ensuring documentation of data sources, and aligning educator enablement systems and processes while driving continuous improvement. Applicants should have 4+ years of experience in data analysis or education analytics with fluency in Excel, SQL, at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R), and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau. Deep expertise in educator effectiveness frameworks and instructional improvement cycles is required. A degree in Education, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
