Sr. Engineer, Supplier Quality Assurance

This role involves leading supplier qualification, audits, and risk assessments based on industry standards. You'll review and approve PPAP documentation for BESS components and support NPI activities, ensuring supplier readiness. Driving corrective actions for supplier NCRs and monitoring supplier KPIs using Salesforce dashboards are key responsibilities. You will also ensure suppliers meet grid compliance and regulatory requirements, and verify reliability and environmental testing aligned with BESS operating conditions. The role requires up to 40% domestic and international travel.
