Head of Finance

Role Overview:

• Lead Viya Health’s global finance function across 17 markets, owning FP&A, consolidated reporting, controls, treasury, and pricing.
• Serve as the President’s key financial thought partner, delivering investor and funder reporting and advising on capital allocation.
• Manage the finance team and build the operating model across global, regional, and market levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets, multi-year plans, and rolling forecasts, and run monthly business reviews.
• Oversee financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash forecasting, treasury, banking relationships, and future capital raising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) desired.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including senior finance leadership in an international context.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and blended-finance structures.
