VP of Research and Development and Innovation

Drive and deliver the Innovation pipeline and the development of innovative strategies to advance Him's scientific capabilities, competitive advantage, and product pipeline. Lead the end-to-end innovation process, transforming research concepts into viable, commercialized products, with clear transition pathways to manufacturing and operations. Develop and execute a comprehensive Innovation and R&D strategy, aligning scientific capabilities with strategic business goals across regulated environments, including 503A patient-specific and 503B outsourcing facilities. Build and manage a high-performing R&D function, including research scientists, formulation experts, and product development professionals. The role requires a strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to translate innovation strategy into tangible results.
