This is a full time, US based position starting on January 26th, 2026 through April 30th, 2026. Prepare tax returns and deliver personalized video consultations to customers of our valued financial partners. Own the end-to-end client experience—supporting document collection, responding promptly to questions, and building trust in your expertise. Meet high standards for customer care, service quality, and operational efficiency. Solve complex filing situations using your professional judgement, tools and support of your manager and team members Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve workflows, processes, and our overall service model as we scale. Be the voice of the customer—sharing insights, surfacing pain points, and identifying opportunities for improvement with product, engineering, and operations teams.
