Data Modeler & Data Engineer (Guidewire)

About the Role:

• This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior data professional to design and optimize enterprise-scale cloud data platforms supporting the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• You will combine data architecture, engineering, and modeling expertise to build scalable Snowflake solutions that power analytics and business intelligence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models that support reporting, analytics, and operational business processes.
• Build and optimize Snowflake data architectures, implementing scalable schemas, clustering strategies, materialized views, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient data models using dimensional modeling techniques, including Star and Snowflake schemas.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, or Data Engineering within enterprise environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire data models, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
