Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor deal teams to meet execution deliverables, staffing commitments, and performance objectives.
- Assist in recruiting and developing top talent to maintain a competitive advisory practice and ensure high-quality work product.
Deal Execution & Oversight:
- Oversee deal execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines and commercial terms align with client expectations and firm standards.
- Apply strong deal management and technical delivery capabilities to structure, execute, and close infrastructure investment mandates.
