Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Send, you will define and architect technical solutions tailored to client requirements, developing comprehensive technical documentation and solution designs. You will design and develop integrations for a microservice architecture to enhance the underwriting workbench solution, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of the designed solutions. Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, you will provide consultancy and expert advice on best practices and optimal technical solutions. You will liaise and align technical solutions with the core product team to ensure consistency and integration with core offerings, supporting SIs and partners in executing digital transformation projects. Extending and optimizing the data model and data architecture to meet client needs, you will design and implement data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. You will design and develop workflows to enhance the underwriting workbench solution, ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with client requirements. The solutions you design will leverage a range of technologies, including AWS, Angular, Java, Python, MySQL, DynamoDB, Snowflake, and Terraform, and you will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the adoption of best practices.
