Job Description
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scalable digital products for Bilue's clients. You'll lead technical design, implementation, and delivery of full-stack features and improvements. You will build responsive, component-based UIs with React and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into working software. You will perform code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making. You will also drive best practices for CI/CD, testing, code quality, and performance optimisation.
