Senior Statistician

Role Overview:

• PATH's Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access is seeking a Senior Statistician to support vaccine clinical trials, focusing on oral polio vaccines.
• The role involves statistical leadership across design, analysis, and regulatory submission, reporting to the Director of Statistics and Data Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as study statistician for Phase 1-3 trials, overseeing CROs and developing statistical analysis plans.
• Lead trial design, including sample size calculations, randomization, and DSMB support.
• Prepare and review regulatory documents and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in biostatistics or related field with 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial methodology and statistical software such as SAS and R.
• Experience with vaccine trials and ability to work in multidisciplinary global teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $144,000-$180,000 for US-based candidates.
