About the Role:
- This is a deeply technical research role at an early-stage AI infrastructure company.
- You will drive original ideas that shape both product direction and research outcomes.
- Work at the intersection of frontier AI innovation and real-world deployment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and improve core AI methods, algorithms, and systems across the full lifecycle.
- Create novel approaches for simulation, evaluation, and optimization of agent behavior in production.
- Turn research ideas into working prototypes and production-facing capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Deep expertise in evaluations, novel applications, or custom implementations of AI agent frameworks.
- Publications at top-tier ML or AI venues, or significant open-source contributions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Fully remote within the United States.
