CSTouch Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to long-term projects and meaningful partnerships within the advisory sector. Key Responsibilities: Coaching and Advisory Support: Collaborate closely with senior advisors to design and facilitate one-on-one coaching clinics, capacity-building programs, and workshops. Help companies in shaping their transformation journey and developing and executing on their strategic plan. Contribute insights and recommendations to advisory engagements based on field experience and client interactions. The Consultant will also provide input during financial coaching sessions to help clients strengthen their understanding of financial planning and reporting. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and partners, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism. Support the identification of new client needs and contribute to the preparation of proposals or concept notes. Ensure all deliverables meet project objectives and client expectations. Ensure project execution is on track against project workplans, performance indicators, and deliverables, and contribute to internal learning by capturing lessons learned and recommending improvements to processes. Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform client solutions and enrich CSTouch’s knowledge base and support the development of toolkits, internal methodologies, and best practice guides for use across CSTouch projects. Monitor sector trends and share relevant insights with the team to improve service design and delivery.
