Project Manager II

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Transformation Team and support one of BHN’s strategic initiatives: building and scaling a Global Catalog of payout, gifting, and reward solutions. This role will lead and support cross-functional initiatives to scale and optimize our global catalog infrastructure, onboard new content, and drive delivery across markets. The ideal candidate is a mid-career professional with direct experience in gift card operations and a strong ability to drive alignment across teams. This role involves project leadership, catalog strategy and delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, managing catalog expansion, and partnering with various teams to ensure seamless catalog delivery. The candidate will also need to partner with Compliance, Legal, and Tax to ensure content meets regional regulatory and tax standards.
