Position Summary:
- Serve as subject matter expert on fundamental market price forecasting within the EnCompass product line.
- Provide advanced customer support, support product development, and test market databases for North America.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers know how to use products to their fullest potential by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Engage customers in online and in-person training and onboarding, utilizing presentation skills and industry knowledge.
- Update product documentation and work closely with Product Management and Engineering.
