About the Role:
- This is an experienced individual contributor role focused on compensation analysis and program enhancement.
- You will work closely with the Compensation Manager in a lean, high-impact People team.
- The role offers remote or hybrid work in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Compensation Manager to deliver and improve compensation programs.
- Own equity compensation analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay equity analyses.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of progressive compensation experience with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Workday HCM is required.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for building complex models.
