About the Role:

  • This is an experienced individual contributor role focused on compensation analysis and program enhancement.
  • You will work closely with the Compensation Manager in a lean, high-impact People team.
  • The role offers remote or hybrid work in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Compensation Manager to deliver and improve compensation programs.
  • Own equity compensation analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay equity analyses.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation experience with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Workday HCM is required.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for building complex models.
