The Role:
- Drive data-informed decision-making across the studio.
- Work hands-on at all layers of the stack to turn player data into insights.
- Be at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire data pipeline from instrumentation to presentation.
- Work directly with departments and senior leadership to decide what to gather and how to analyze it.
- Identify KPIs around engagement, retention, and churn, and design pipelines to collect them.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineering role.
- Strong SQL skills: querying, structuring schemas, tuning performance.
- Strong skills in Python, R, Java, or similar for backend and analysis.
