About the role:
- Design the foundations of Ondo's onboarding and compliance platform.
- Own the systems that determine user eligibility, KYC/KYB, and case management.
What you'll do:
- Own compliance-focused product areas end to end.
- Build clear, maintainable interfaces and robust APIs and data models.
- Turn complex regulatory requirements into intuitive product behavior.
What you bring:
- 4+ years building production full-stack applications with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB, identity verification, or sensitive workflows.
- High standards for security, correctness, and reliability.
