Global Communications Leadership:

• Direct all global communications functions, including media and analyst relations, executive communications, and internal communications.
• Drive a unified narrative positioning Neo4j as the critical knowledge infrastructure for GenAI.
• Manage internal teams, contractors, and agency partners to meet performance, timelines, and budget.

Narrative Development & Market Positioning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive consistent messaging that elevates Neo4j.
• Ensure technical precision and clarity in explaining graph intelligence and the convergence of knowledge with GenAI.
• Design and execute communications strategies that elevate awareness of Neo4j’s innovations.

Executive Enablement & Alignment:

• Coach and mentor executives and internal partners to ensure alignment on messaging.
• Strengthen communication quality and rigor across the company.
• Build, retain, and inspire a high-performing global communications team.
