The Developer Advocate will be the bridge between our developer community and the company. This role is responsible for promoting our products and technologies to developers, and advocating for developer needs within the organization. The ideal candidate balances leadership and participation, lifting a community up with equal parts inspiration and celebration. You are an active learner and educator, presenter and listener, builder and champion.

Oversee the strategic design, execution, and monitoring of Neo4j’s partner program and enablement, ensuring it aligns with business goals and fosters a productive partner ecosystem. This involves managing all aspects of partner relationships, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance tracking, incentives, and ongoing engagement. This is a cross-functional role working closely with revenue operations, partner marketing, partner managers, and professional services.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team, providing comprehensive commercial and transactional legal counsel and support. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company's legal interests, ensuring contract compliance, and contributing to the strategic decision-making process.
