This role involves leading Neo4jās PLG Marketing analytics strategy, turning data into insights and frameworks that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and monetization. This is crucial for accelerating their self-serve Go-to-Market (GTM) motion, building analytical models and reporting frameworks that inform PLG marketing decisions, from channel optimization to in-product engagement.
As a Technical Support Engineer, the first 2 months will be spent immersed in learning Neo4jās products, support and other internal processes, and working support cases from customers to build up the appropriate level of experience. There will be opportunities to become deeply skilled in specific areas of interest within the product, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the Field Engineering team, including Support. Also, be an integral part of the Support Engineering team.
