Forbes Advisor is seeking a Paid Search manager to join the Forbes Advisor Performance Marketing team, focusing on supporting one of Forbes' business verticals. Proven account management is essential to be successful in this role. The position will help Forbes Advisor performance marketing across paid search. The ideal candidate will possess managerial skills, delegate responsibilities to junior team members and have a hands-on approach, eagerly diving into the details to personally contribute to the success of our paid search initiatives.
Responsibilities include being accountable for achieving channel performance targets, explaining variance in performance, directing team members to realize commercial priorities, defining short and longer-term strategies, and providing recommendations for performance optimizations. The candidate will also develop a testing roadmap, keep up to date with search engine trends, generate new ideas, and build strong relationships with Business Development.
Additionally, the role involves directly managing search specialists, providing guidance and feedback, fostering a coaching mindset, delivering training, and setting OKRs. Success in this role is measured by strong revenue and profit growth, team engagement, and high performance with solid stakeholder relationships.
