Job Description
As a Lead Senior Consultant, Dynamics 365 | Customer Engagement (D365 CE) / CRM / Power Platform, you will provide strategic leadership for clients implementing or upgrading D365 CE applications and add-in products. This role is responsible for business process and application design, mapping to client business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals. The Lead Senior Consultant works with the Solution Architect on the overall solution design for the client's D365 CE implementation or upgrade project, including business process, system configuration, customization and integration with third party applications. They will also facilitate discussions to extract critical business requirements and present process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs.
The Lead Senior Consultant provides leadership and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans, and provides current best practices and solution alternatives. They also communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences with and without deep technical skills, as well as perform demonstrations of D365 CE to clients. They are expected to provide guidance on integration and solutioning with the Power Platform.
