About The Role:

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal tools that support OMX teams across quality, operations, and member experience.
Develop and manage LLM-based solutions tailored to specific operational needs.
Monitor the performance of deployed tools and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve reliability and relevance over time.

To Thrive In This Role, You Have:

Hands-on experience working with large language models, building prompts, evaluating outputs, and iterating toward reliable results.
Proficiency in Python.
Strong problem-solving instincts and a practical, get-it-done approach to building solutions.
