Enterprise Security Engineer

Within the OpenAI Security organization, our IT team works to ensure our team of researchers, engineers, and staff have the tools they need to work comfortably, securely, and with minimal interruptions. As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you will work in a highly technical and employee-focused environment. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the security of OpenAI's internal information systems’ infrastructure and processes. You will work closely with our IT and Security teams to develop security capabilities, enforce security policies, and monitor internal systems for security threats. The responsibilities include developing and implementing security measures, monitoring systems for security threats, enforcing IT and Security policies, hardening infrastructure, advising employees on security best practices, devising data protection controls, and identifying and remediating vulnerabilities. Furthermore, you will use AI-driven models to improve security detection and response.
