Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction-phase services for roadway and infrastructure projects.
  • Act as the on-site project lead overseeing progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and MSA during active construction.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Civil, Environmental, or Architectural Engineering Technology (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 6+ years experience in roadway construction management or related infrastructure services.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, survey equipment, and field-testing instrumentation.
