Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction-phase services for roadway and infrastructure projects.
- Act as the on-site project lead overseeing progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and MSA during active construction.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Civil, Environmental, or Architectural Engineering Technology (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 6+ years experience in roadway construction management or related infrastructure services.
- Proficiency with MS Office, survey equipment, and field-testing instrumentation.
