Job Description
Handle all aspects of the onboarding process for 10-15 new customers each month. Conduct demos of the platform and answer questions. Handle inbound emails/tickets from your customers. Schedule photoshoots. Work with the customer and the design team on their new websites. SpotHopper's onboarding team is the backbone of the company, ensuring that all of customers are happy, see value in the service, and see a ton more revenue!
