Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients.
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, providing mentorship and clinical guidance.
