Job Description

Develop detailed cost plans in collaboration with clients, considering site layout, conditions, and constraints. Prepare and present cost estimates, high-level cost advice, and budget updates to senior leadership. Drive value engineering efforts and provide strategic cost insights to support decision-making. Manage RFP documentation and oversee both pre- and post-contract processes. Perform bid evaluations, cost negotiations, and maintain quality assurance across team deliverables. Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other key project documents. Coordinate and update the project risk register and record design changes impacting budgets. Lead client meetings, monitor internal resource allocation, and ensure follow-through on meeting actions. Review landlord leases for compliance with client requirements and advise on strategic improvements.
