Job Description
As an Analytics Engineer in the Deel IT product vertical, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining a scalable and efficient data infrastructure that supports reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities include leading the migration of analytics pipelines and developing reliable, scalable data models. The role involves working closely with engineering, product, business, and operations teams.
You will build and own foundational data models that serve many downstream applications, create and develop analytics engineering best practices, drive intelligent choices for technology adoption, and drive progress on data observability practices. This includes influencing upstream data quality and ensuring downstream reliability in metrics, as well as creating robust documentation to standardize terminology.
