Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the customer communications team to draft newsletters, alerts, and other materials.
- Execute email campaigns using a visual editor while maintaining brand standards.
- Complete proofreading requests to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
What We Are Looking For:
- BS/BA degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for digital content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Location and Duration:
- Remote position based in EST time zone.
- 6-month contract with potential for extension.
