Job Description
Deliver accurate and empathetic information about disease progression for patients and caregivers, empowering them with knowledge to navigate their SMA journey. Educate patients and caregivers about the benefits of the brand product(s), provide resources and treatment expectations; also, develop relationships with local advocacy chapter leads by attending events throughout the country. Provide insights to Advocacy, Marketing, NPS and Market Access teams to support the development of educational materials and identify gaps in patient knowledge. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance standards related to patient and product education, including Adverse Events training and reporting.
Document interactions and feedback, contribute to internal and business reviews, maintain working knowledge of required platforms, and ensure compliance with all NVS policies. Contribute to onboarding and mentoring new team members.
