Data Analyst

VetsEZ is seeking a Data Analyst to support the modernization of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) clinical contact centers under the VA Health Connect program. This role involves developing reports and dashboards, and conducting data analysis to support operational decisions and drive service improvements for Veterans across phone, video, and chat platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing healthcare and call center data to identify trends and actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, ensuring data integrity through validation and cleaning processes, and communicating analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences. The Data Analyst will also support quality assurance efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain data documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience, as well as proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
