Creative Direction & Motion Design:

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content.
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects.
• Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.

Technical & Workflow Mastery:

• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence.
• Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery.
