Facebook User Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a Facebook User Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing subscription company. In this role the employee will develop comprehensive Facebook acquisition strategies aligned with growth targets, identify new scaling opportunities, and stay ahead of platform changes. The candidate will launch, test, and scale ad campaigns while managing all aspects of performance including structures, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to consistently improve ROAS. The candidate will conduct competitor and market analysis and independently research performance data to extract actionable insights, build your own analysis models, and translate findings into optimization strategies. Finally the candidate will partner with in-house creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives based on performance data and audience insights.
