As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will build and maintain end-to-end features that directly support skilled workers on their journey. Contribute to product discovery and bring your technical perspective into early-stage discussions. Make pragmatic architectural decisions to balance quality and delivery speed. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering in a cross-functional setup. Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of our systems. The role also includes code review, knowledge sharing, and helping shape our engineering culture.
