Managing all inbound comments with appropriate responses and escalations. Proactive community management to foster relationships and advocacy within social audiences. Posting and scheduling all content. Day to day management/distribution of predominantly paid content across all digital and social channels (advanced knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus). You'll help build, grow, and manage online communities for our client’s key consumer brands. Identify and track relevant community data metrics / develop monthly reporting and outline key insights and implications. To champion creativity and deliver excellent customer experiences through content planning, working closely with the onsite studio to develop best in class content and partner with our client’s media agency to understand campaign performance and opportunities to optimise creative. Briefing and management of creative and designers when creating new social assets, ensuring assets are created within brand guidelines. To act as brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to the client’s brand guidelines. Adoption and use of the brand’s voice - responding to and engaging with the user community. Working closely with the Social Media Manager in EE.
