New Content Designer

We are seeking a Content Designer to develop immersive simulations and related content that reflect real-world workplace dynamics and enable meaningful skill practice and business impact. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner excited to support the development of high quality, science-backed simulations that drive impact for our participants and customers. This role involves designing simulations, authoring participant materials, applying Mursion’s skills framework, leading scenario testing, and collaborating with stakeholders. The Content Designer is detail-oriented, enjoys working closely with others, asks questions and is receptive to feedback and instruction while bringing a diverse perspective, balances proactivity and initiative with collaboration and teamwork, and is comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
