Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Engineer to build robust, efficient data pipelines and infrastructure for our healthcare technology platform. You’ll be integral in ensuring reliable data flows between our applications and healthcare systems, enabling analytics and AI-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for healthcare data integration from diverse EMR/EHR sources. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards (HL7,FHIR) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA). Partner with AI engineers, software developers, and clinical teams to ensure data readiness and accessibility for analytics. Optimize database systems and data storage solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement monitoring systems to ensure data integrity and proactively resolve pipeline issues.
