Role Summary:
- Lead strategic medical marketing initiatives to drive the successful commercial launch of DT120
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Clinical Development teams
- Align scientific engagement with broader corporate goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop KOL engagement strategy, including identification, segmentation, and relationship planning
- Lead advisory board planning and execution, from objectives to insight capture
- Direct medical congress strategy, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years in pharma/biotech with medical marketing or medical affairs experience
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and proven KOL program leadership
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $200,000 - $300,000 USD
- Eligible for bonus and equity opportunities
