Role Overview:
- Serve as strategic and operational leader of the Medical Science Liaison organization.
- Lead and evolve the MSL function with visionary leadership and effective execution.
- Report to Vice President Medical Affairs in a field-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, grow, and lead the national field-based MSL team with operational frameworks and SOPs.
- Oversee field support of clinical trials and strategic engagement with KOLs.
- Represent the organization at scientific conferences and advisory boards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) required.
- 8+ years in Medical Affairs with 3+ years managing field-based MSL teams.
- Strong understanding of US pharma regulations and compliance.
Compensation & Culture:
- Annual salary range $250,000 - $300,000 plus pre-IPO equity and annual bonus.
