Tax Director - C Corp United States Tax

Client Service & Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to middle‑market and emerging growth companies, including complex C‑Corporations and consolidated groups
• Lead and review federal, state, and local corporate income tax compliance
• Research and interpret complex tax issues and clearly communicate conclusions to clients and internal stakeholders

Leadership & Team Development:

• Manage, mentor, and develop Managers, Supervisors, and staff
• Review work products to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards
• Support staffing, workload planning, and performance management efforts

Practice Growth & Collaboration:

• Partner with tax and advisory leadership to support business development initiatives and expand client relationships
• Identify opportunities for additional services and collaborate with other BPM practice groups
• Contribute to thought leadership, internal training, and best practice development within the Corporate Tax group
