• Prepare and review federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and estimated payments; maintain compliance calendars and oversee tax deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and review support, while staying current on tax laws.

• Serve as a NetSuite subject-matter expert across service-centric modules.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient NetSuite solutions tailored to evolving client requirements.

• Build, manage, and lead BPM-hosted and sponsored events in priority geographies.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of in-person events and sponsorships.
• Partner with firm leadership to set event goals, strategies, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Lead the international tax function, including compliance, planning, research, and audit activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on the tax implications of cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and global expansion.
• Develop and implement international tax strategies to optimize the global effective tax rate and minimize risk.

Lead compliance for complex exempt‑organization filings. Advise on UBIT/UBTI analyses and mitigate tax risk. Guide exemption matters and handle IRS/state controversy support.
