We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Tax Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment responsible for developing and implementing our corporate tax processes, managing complex tax areas and supporting major projects that drive Wrapbook's growth.

This position will be responsible for US and international tax compliance, including sales and use by leveraging Netsuite/Avalara along with payroll and state/federal tax. Manage tax partners to ensure accurate and timely federal and state tax filings, oversee 1099 reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations. Assess international tax risks, provide mitigation strategies.
