The Role:

  • Own technical integration design for new and existing customer onboarding.
  • Provide API and SDK integration guidance to customer technical teams.
  • Manage integration milestones and technical dependencies with Implementation Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define integration specifications, data flows, and authentication configurations.
  • Lead technical testing and structured fault diagnosis across pre-production and production.
  • Engage with customer technical teams as the primary integration contact.

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years in technical integration, solution engineering, or systems integration in SaaS/fintech.
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SDK integration, and web services.
  • Solid understanding of PKI, TLS/SSL, certificates, and key management.
