The Role:
- Visual visionary and tactical leader defining aesthetic direction for key accounts.
- Bridge between big ideas and beautiful execution while mentoring the creative team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead visual evolution of brands and oversee art direction for pitches and flagship projects.
- Guide junior to mid-level Art Directors and Designers with craft-based feedback.
- Own the visual narrative across multi-channel campaigns and partner with leadership on workflows.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of art direction or design experience in a creative agency or high-growth brand.
- Expert-level knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, or AI image generation.
- Ability to articulate complex visual concepts to non-visual stakeholders and clients.
