Craft the art vision for a new game, defining characteristics and style guides. You will create key art, manage a small team of artists, and drive visual development across various elements. You will also partner with creative leaders to ensure gameplay and visuals feel perfectly woven together and spin up an art outsourcing pipeline.

As an Art Director, you'll be a key member of the internal creative team dedicated to supporting Ashley Home, helping to shape the visual storytelling of one of the largest home furnishings brands in the world through photography and video content, leading creative development and directing photo and video shoots.
