Senior Cyber Security Defense Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and mature technical cyber defense capabilities to reduce enterprise risk.
• Lead patch and vulnerability management governance, and provide advanced security operations support for complex incidents.
• Drive containment, recovery, and forensic analysis during cybersecurity incidents, and support audit and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Eight years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering, threat detection, or incident response.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise patch management platforms and security tooling like Tenable, CrowdStrike, and SIEMs.
• Strong command of security frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls v8, and MITRE ATT&CK.
