DATA Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead multiple Data Engineering teams, foster collaboration, and provide mentorship to drive high performance.
• Data Engineering Excellence: Design scalable solutions with Databricks and cloud technologies, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Quality & Governance: Review deliverables, establish quality assurance processes for data integrity, and support sustainable architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced English, Bachelor's in Computer Science or related, and strong experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Python/Scala/Java.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.
