Manager, Analytics Engineering

Team Leadership:

• You will lead a diverse team of analytics engineers, fostering their growth and wellbeing.
• You will pair with the team to solve analytical challenges and ensure adequate coverage across engagements.

Functional Leadership:

• You will work with clients to build guidelines for data modeling and transformation.
• You will measure and track deliverables and implement analytics engineering tools to support data-driven decisions.

Project Delivery:

• You will improve core analytics engineering deliverables by supporting internal process reviews.
• You will build guidelines for data visualization and track reporting to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency with data transformation tools like dbt and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Experience mentoring engineers and optimizing resource allocation based on team strengths.
