Job Description
As a pivotal member of our Solutions Engineer team, you'll autonomously drive the successful technical evaluation, implementation, and integration for your West Coast US clients. You will be the go-to person for all technical matters, and working closely with our product specialists and account managers to deliver seamless service.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Technical Evaluation & Implementation
- Conduct technical evaluations of client needs.
- Prepare and execute implementation/integration plans with EHR and other tools.
- Provide support for edge installation and configuration.
- Technical Client Support
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients.
- Provide level 2 technical support to resolve incidents.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work directly with the product and tech teams on transverse projects like automation tools, monitoring, alerting etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Specialist and Account Manager to ensure customer success.
